8 <br />The regular _weekly meeting of the Board of Public Safety was <br />held in "thF Boards Office <br />MONDAY AUGUST 12th., 1929 <br />Meeting was called to order at 4 :15 P.M. <br />All mem.)ers were present <br />Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved <br />FIRE DEPT. — - •�� , <br />Fire Deft. bills wF±REapJ2Uved and orl rea paid <br />Motian prevailed that the application of Harry K. Zmudzinski <br />be approved and ordered placed on file. <br />ELECTRIC!L DEPT. <br />Elect. Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />Motion prevailed that the Weekly report of Supt. Qualls for <br />the past week be approved and ordered placed on file. <br />DEPT. OF GJEIGH'IS ec i�`1EASURES <br />City Sealers bil s were approved and ordered paid. <br />Motion prevailed that the weekly report of City Sealer Burns <br />be approved and ordered placed on fiel. <br />0 POLICE DEPT. <br />Police Dept. billswere approved and ordered paid. <br />,lotion prevailed that.N otre Lame Ave be made c preferential <br />traffic. street at its intersection with E. La. Salle Ave.; <br />also at its intersection with South Bend Ave. <br />A wr•ttten report ?was"llceived fron Police & Fire Surgeon <br />W.H.Hillman recommending that Officer William Szamanski due <br />to his physical condition be reported to the Trustees of the <br />Police Pension Fund recommending that he be placed on disability <br />pension at once. <br />Motion prevailed that the above recommendation of Dr. Hillman <br />be followed. <br />Kotion prevailed to adjourn at 5 :25 P.L. <br />Attest <br />Clerk, Boa. of Public Safety <br />President, Board of Public :safety <br />1 <br />
