Henry Annexation Area 13 LEGAL DESCRIPTION A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (1/4) of Section One (1), Township Thirty-Six (36) North, Range Two (2) East, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 1, being the intersection of Kern Road and Miami Street; thence South along said centerline of Miami Street, 659.01 feet to the North right of way line of Farmington Lane extended and the place of beginning; thence West along said North right of way line of Farmington Lane and parallel with the North line of said Section, 264 feet; thence South, parallel with the East Line of said Section, 200 feet to the South line of a lot with a key number of 001-1001-0011.02; thence East, parallel with the North line of said Section, 264 feet to the centerline of Miami Street; thence North 200 feet along said center line to the place of beginning.
