Mil6wski be accepted and ordered pplced <br />zet ; we.s held in <br />4:05 P.M. <br />Bad and approved. <br />Moorehouse,and <br />on file. <br />ELECTRICAL DEP2. <br />.Electrical, Dept bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />Motion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt.,Qualls for the <br />week ending F'ab. 10*t � be accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />DEPT. OF WEIGHTS & MEASURES <br />City Sealers bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />POLICE DEPT. <br />Polido'Dept� bills were'a.pproved and ordered paid. <br />Motion prevailed that the bonds of Officers harry T.'Everett, Emile <br />DeWespelaer,'and Robt.11. Seals nameing the Employers Assurance <br />Corp. be accepted.,.' <br />Mation.prevailed.that the bid of the Spenser Co. for three new tudor <br />Ford Sedans for 1657.$0 less.,a.n allowance of $200. for Police <br />Dept. cars 1, 14, and l for a net total of 157.80 be acc ®peed. <br />Chief Hatt reported -that Officers Joseph and Probationary Officer <br />B.J.Roe had an accident while driving Police "'ar # 5 on East Ewing <br />ova. Sunday Evening February 10 th. and that from all reports the <br />officers -had been drinking4 <br />kotion prevailed. that the resigi.nation of Officer Joseph Walsh as of <br />this date be accepted, <br />Motion prevailed that Probationary Officer.B.J.Roe be discharged as <br />Of this date. <br />Motion revailed that Ralph Light be appointed as a member of the <br />Poliae.ept. effective February 16th., 1929. <br />Motion` prevailed to adjourn at .5-:12 P.M. <br />.1 <br />
