Qualls for the week <br />ending December 16th. be approved and ordered placed on file. <br />DEPT. OF ivEIGHTS & I,T EASURES <br />City Sealers bills y-aefe approved and ordered paid. <br />POLICE DEPT. <br />Police Dept. bills were approved and. ordered paid: <br />Motion nreva.iled that a 15 minute waiting zone be established in <br />front of the New Studebaker Engineering & Purchasing Bldg. in the <br />400 block W. Sample St. beginning at the South West corner of <br />W.
