The regular weekly meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held in th45 <br />Boards Office <br />Monday December 3rd., 1928 <br />Xleting was called to order at 415 P.11. <br />All members were present. <br />Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved. <br />FIRE DEPT. <br />Fire Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />Motion prevailed that the applications of B.J.Wentland and Robert Hosinski <br />be accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPT. <br />Electric &il Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />lvlotion prevailed that the.weekly report of Supt. Qualls for the week ending <br />December 2nd. be approved and ordered placed on file. <br />POLICE DEPT. <br />Police Dept. bil._s were approved and orde-red paid. <br />110tion prevailed that the applications of Wallace li illiken, and liIiron L. n <br />Densmore be accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />Motion prev -piled that the fifteen minute waiting zmne at 210 -212 -214 <br />S. St. Joseph St. be extended from 32 feet to 57 feet. <br />Tuotion.- prevailed that a 32 foot loading zone be established in front of <br />the Progressive Bakery at 431 :S. Chapin St. <br />A petition was received by the Board for a. traffic siga.nl at Ewing Ave. <br />and S. Tda.in St. signed by ltlrs. 1,1aude Beers, C.E Cowgill and others. <br />Upon the recommendation of Chief Hatt after careful investigation motion <br />prevailed that the petition be denied. <br />Chief Hatt, Asst. Chief Kuespert, and 11r.
