Michigan Street <br /> Committee Chair Oliver Davis called to order the Zoning and Annexation Committee meeting at <br /> 4:48 p.m. He introduced members of the Committee and proceeded to give the floor to the <br /> presenters. <br /> Update- Zoning Ordinance: Subdivisions- Michael Divita <br /> Michael Divita, City Planner for the Department of Community Investment with offices on the <br /> 14th floor of the County-City Building, stated, This should be quick as I just want to give you a <br /> heads up on the next Zoning Ordinance revision after the off-street parking changes we will be <br /> looking at next. This is about the Subdivision Ordinance. Since the Subdivision Ordinance was <br /> created, it changed elsewhere in the Zoning Ordinance as well as other City standards. Certain <br /> sections in the Subdivision Ordinance are redundant.
