4 The regular weekly meeting of the Board of Publig Safety was held in <br />the ,Boards Office <br />Monday .June 25th. �: 1928 <br />Meeting was calledto order at 4.00 P.M. <br />All members were present <br />Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved, <br />FIRE DEPT, <br />Fire Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid. ' <br />Motion prevailed that the application of Walter J. Wojcieckowski be <br />accepted and ordered placed om file. <br />Motion prevailed that the,coal bids bids be opened and tabulated at the <br />next regular" meeting of July 2nd. <br />110tion prevailed that a notice to all chemical truck manufacterurs be <br />placed in the views papers in accordance with the laws requesting bids <br />or proposals for a new chemical apparatus assembled or any part or parts <br />thereof. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPT. <br />Electrical Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />Motion prevailed that the weekly peport of Supt.,ualls for the week <br />ending June 24th. be accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />DEPT. OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES <br />City sealers bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />POLICE DEPT.' <br />Police Dept. bills were ,approved and ordered paid. <br />Asst..Chief of Police J.B.Kuespert, Acting Chief in the absence of <br />Chief Hatt.reporte.d - that charees`of neglect of duty, neglect and dis- <br />obedience of erders, insubordination, breach of discipline, not „partolg <br />his district during tour of patrol duty were filed in this Office <br />against Officer.JoW.Vernon, and that Officer Vernon had been suspended <br />since June 22nd.
