Contractor under this section shall survive the termination of this Agreement. <br />Section 1.7. Work Product; Ownership. Any and all work product submitted by the <br />Contractor to the City as part of the Contractor's performance of the Services will become the <br />exclusive property of the City, and the City will have the right to use and reproduce copies of the <br />Contractor's work product as the City determines in its sole discretion without compensation to <br />the Contractor except the compensation expressly provided for in this Agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto, through their duly authorized <br />representatives, have caused this Agreement to, be executed as of the day and year first written <br />above.
