6. F (8) Agreement for services with Hathaway 2, Inc.

The undersigned persons executing and delivering this Agreement on behalf of the Commission represent and certify that they are the duly authorized officers of the Commission with authority to execute this Agreement, that they have been fully empowered, by proper resolution or action of the Commission to execute and deliver this Agreement and that all necessary action has been taken and done by the Commission to enter into this Agreement. SECTION 18. Non-Collusion and Acceptance. The undersigned attests, subject to the penalties for perjury, that he or she is the Provider or the properly authorized representative, agent, member or officer of the Provider and that he or she has not, nor has any other member, employee, representative, agent or officer of the Provider, directly or indirectly, to the best of the undersigned's knowledge, entered into or offered to enter into any combination, collusion or agreement to receive or pay, and that he or she has not received or paid, any sum of money or other consideration for the execution of this Agreement other than that which appears upon the face of this Agreement.
