The <br />plans reflected two pole mounted service points. The service point was relocated to the middle of the project and in turn the PED crosswalk <br />system is changed to a solar wireless system for cost savings and not running a separate circuit from the new cabinet location. No additional time <br />is needed. <br />Change Order Explanation for Specific Line Item <br />It is the intent of the parties that this change order is full and complete compensation for the work describe above. <br />Notification and consent to this change order is hereby acknowledged. <br />Contractor: <br />Signed By: <br />NOTE: Other required State and FHWA signatures will be obtained electronically through the SiteManager system. <br />
