(DHA) is pleased to submit this revised proposal for <br />professional Planning, Surveying and Engineering services to prepare a Variance <br />Petition, provide Design and Engineering for aparking/delivery area for Corporate <br />Services property adjacent to the proposed realigned Mayflower Road project and <br />providing engineering services for the preparation of road plans for proposed Hutsfield <br />Drive, South Bend, Indiana. These services are being provided in addition to the existing <br />work being completed for the Mayflower Road realignment project. <br />We anticipate the following scope of services will be provided by DHA for the above <br />additional work: <br />
