(DHA) to provide additional design services related to the completion of the Oliver Industrial Park improvements currently under construction. DHA has done all of the design work and construction plan preparation for this project and this proposal ties up several loose ends necessary to complete the project. The proposal will provide funding for the following items: 1. Historical-Information Sign design & Coordination $2,800.00 2. Construction/Design Supervision 3 100.00 TOTAL $5,900.00 It is anticipated that many of the elements will be finished on-site this spring after the weather breaks and a final dedication of the sculpture of James Oliver in the Oliver Park Plaza is tentatively scheduled for late July or early August. To make sure the elements fit together and get completed in an effective and efficient manner, staff respectfully requests approval of this proposal. What We Do Today Makes A Difference!
