South Side Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 2838 approving and <br />authorizing the execution of an <br />Amendment to the Addendum to the <br />Master Agency Agreement (Main- <br />Lafayette Connector Design Project - <br />Supplement #1) <br />Ms. Jones noted that Item S.A.(1) cannot be <br />approved until a later item on the agenda is <br />first approved. She asked that SA(1) be <br />moved to follow 6.H.(1). There was no <br />objection and the item was so moved. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission continued Item S.A.(1) to <br />follow item 6.H.(1) <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Receipt of Bids <br />(1) Receipt of Bids for disposition of Ignition <br />Park. <br />Mr. Inks noted that bids were due by <br />3:00 p.m. this afternoon. There were no bids <br />received by that time. <br />B. Public Hearings <br />(1) Public Hearing on Tax Increment <br />Financing Resolutions No. 2819 (AEDA), <br />No. 2820, (SBCDA), No. 2821 (WWCDA), <br />No. 2822 (Downtown Medical), No. 2823 <br />(NNDA), No. 2824 (SSDA #1), No. 2825 <br />(SSDA #2), No. 2826 (SSDA #3), No. 2827 <br />(DREDA), and No. 2828 (NNDA #2). <br />ITEM S.A.(I) CONTINUEDTO FOLLOW ITEM <br />6.H.(1) <br />NO BIDS WERE RECEIVED <br />
