South Side Development Area <br />(2) Resolution No. 2844 approving and <br />authorizing the execution of an <br />Amendment to the Addendum to the <br />Master Agency Agreement (Ireland Road <br />Improvements -Fellows to Miami - <br />Supplement #1) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2844 <br />and its addendum to the Master Agency <br />Agreement amends the Ireland Road <br />improvement project from Fellows to Miami. <br />The original scope of the project was to <br />design a new intersection with dedicated turn <br />movements at Ireland and High and to design <br />a pedestrian trail connection and related <br />lighting and streetscape improvements on the <br />north side of Ireland from Fellows to Miami. <br />This amendment adds the following scope of <br />services to the project: (1) additional survey, <br />sidewalk and curb design on Miami Street <br />north of Erskine Golf Course to Byron Dr.; <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2838 <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br />OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ADDENDUM TO THE <br />MASTER AGENCY AGREEMENT (MAIN- <br />LAFAYETTE CONNECTOR DESIGN PROJECT - <br />SUPPLEMENT #1 <br />28 <br />
