South Bend Redevelopment Commmission Regular Meeting -February 8, 20l 1 Mr. Gibney noted that staff believes this new building along Chapin Street, next to the KROC Center, will be a great addition to the industrial park as well as the corridor leading to Ignition Park. Mr. Downes asked how much more property the Commission still owns in Oliver Industrial Park. Mr. Gibney responded that we have enough for about three more buildings. Mr. Alford asked what will become of the building ABC is vacating on Western Avenue. Mr. Jeciorski responded that they lease their current building. The lease is coming up for renewal and they want to refresh their look. Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the Commission ratified Mr. Inks' signing the tax abatement petition on behalf of the Commission. Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2842 approving an application for real property tax deduction for property located at 81$ Oliver Plow Court in the Airport Economic Development Area.
