Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2821 appropriating Tax Increment Financing revenues from the Allocation Area Fund for the Payment of Certain Obligations and expenses related to the West Washington- Chapin Development Area Allocation Area (5) Consideration of Resolution No. 2822. Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2822 an additional appropriation resolution of the Redevelopment Commission (Downtown Medical Services District Special Fund) (6) Consideration of Resolution No. 2823. Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2823 appropriating tax increment financing revenues from Allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Allocation Area (7) Consideration of Resolution No. 2824.
