2.5`3" l <br />MEETING December 30, 1935 <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, <br />December 30, 1935 at 9:15 A. M. M. C. A." <br />American Red Cross, American Legion and 0. A. Clark. <br />Application for position as fireman was filed by Peter M. Bobrick <br />and ordered placed on file. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT Mr. Qualls present: <br />The Board authorized Mr. quails to purchase one Ford V-8 auto- <br />mobile for 1. u 11 s,5 in the Electrical Depar'tment at a price not to exceed <br />six hundred,&b1lars, which is set up in the budget for 1936 . for this <br />purpose. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT - Chief Lane present: <br />Mat I ters pertaining to the Police Department were discussed and it <br />seconded was moved by Mr. Woodward, by Mr. Anderson and regularly <br />carried that the Chief of Police be ordered to instruct his officers to <br />see that the law with reference to the sale of liquor after one o'clock <br />New Year's Eve be fully observed. <br />Mr. . Peter J. Marchelewicz appeared before the Board and requested <br />no parking on the north side of Spencer Street between St. Joseph and <br />Michigan Streets.
