MEETING December.23,1,1935- <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held Monday, <br />December 23,1935 at 8:45 A. M. All members were present. <br />Minutes of meeting of 'December 16th were read and approved. <br />Claims in the amount of $3,721.49, from the following suppliers, <br />were approved and'order'ed paid. No Officer present. <br />The Board, upon regular motion'by Mr. Anderson, seconded by <br />Mr. Woodward and regularly carried, reinstated former officer, Karl G. <br />Smith, to the Police Department to begin duties-January 1, 1936, <br />subject to physical examination, appointment to duties by Chief of <br />Police Lane and at regular salary, on account of having served probation <br />in 1920. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT - Mr. Qualls.present: <br />,There being nothing of importance to bring before the Board, no <br />action was taken. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9 :30 A.
