221- 1 <br />Special officer's commission requested by James Beagles,who conducts <br />a vegetable garden in the south end of the City along with others, was <br />postponed pending further investigation by the Chief of Police. <br />I Request of Walter Michalski, 422 Pine Street for special officer's <br />commission to be used at the Hungarian Village was rejected by the Board. <br />The matter of special police officer's commission for Walter S. Osler, <br />2211 North Notre Dame Avenue was discussed and the Board decided not to <br />issue such commission. <br />The following claims were presented to the Board but were disapproved <br />for payment: <br />William Seifer, Street Dept. - Dec. 1930 <br />- Epworth <br />Hospital <br />$21.80 <br />John Stickley, Policeman - Dec. 1930 - <br />It <br />112.65 <br />LaRue Wert, Policeman - March 1930 - <br />It <br />67.50 <br />Frank Florkowski, Fireman - July 1930 - <br />10.00 <br />Boyd Lower, Fireman - August 1930 - <br />10.00 <br />Rex Risher, Policeman - July 1930 & Jan. <br />1931 <br />35.20 <br />The question of sale of motor boat belonging to the City, which has <br />been put in order and is now reposing in the boat house in Leeper Park, <br />was discussed and it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the <br />sale of this boat be withheld until spring when a better opportunity will <br />be had to obtain a higher price. <br />Police applications were received from Edward Charles Tucker and <br />William M.
