A report coming from residents on West Sample St. between the Washington School and the Grand Trunk crossing that an alarm box is needed between these two points on Sample St. was brought to the attention of ``the Board and was referred to Tv r. �,ualls for investigation. Report was ade that Steve Lupa of 1821 S. William St., driver of a �mov,ing van, tipped over a traffic light at Tiiichigan & Viashington Sts. The mat ,er was referred to I'vir. Qualls with instructions to make up a report._of damage and refer to the Board at its next meeting. 1,�r. walls was instructed when he purchases tape for the electrical department to purchase sufficient in addition to supply the Fire Department.
