SPECIAL ETING <br />Special meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held at 3:40 P. M. <br />Thursday, February 282 1935. Mr. Fred Woodward absent. <br />The.purpose of the meeting was to give decision of the Board in the <br />matter of the 71m. Ortman cage in which evidence was taken at the <br />regular meeting of the Board on Monday, February 25, 1935. <br />The decision of the Board, upon motion, regularly seconded and carried <br />was to reinstate Vlm. Ortman as an officer on. the force of the youth <br />Bend Police Department from the day of his suspension upon considera- <br />tion: that he continue to leave with the Controller w20.00 on each <br />and every pay day to be turned over to his wife and child for their <br />support, in accordance with court order. <br />The meeting adjourned at 3:15 P. 1d. <br />Chairman <br />Attest LA�� Clerk <br />I - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ------------ <br />11 <br />I -I <br />
