Elmilton, Acting Chief, present. <br />Dr. Manley Clark, president of City National Bank, appeared before <br />the Board and requested permission to open a window for deposits facing <br />the alley on the west side of the bank building. on notion by M±. Trost <br />seconded by h[r.
