CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING JUNE 19, 2018 190 <br />1 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />June 19, 2018, by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik with Board Members Suzanna Fritzberg and <br />Therese Dorau present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member James Mueller were <br />absent. The meeting was held in the 13'h Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Fritzberg stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is <br />fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; <br />and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Fritzberg <br />stated the following claims were submitted to the Board for approval: <br />Name <br />Amount of Claim <br />Date <br />City of South Bend <br />$5,906,030.95 <br />06/15/2018 <br />City of South Bend <br />$1,107.35 <br />06/12/2018 <br />City of South Bend <br />$886,673.64 <br />06/19/2018 <br />Therefore, Ms. Dorau made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be approved <br />as submitted. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the <br />meeting be adjourned at 9:01 a.m. Ms. Dorau seconded the motion, which carried. <br />ATT ST: <br />L' da M.
