iāœ“%%āœ“/;. <br />OF-41 <br />X-:,.dJCDCG=M-- <br />BETWEEN OWNER AND ENGINEER <br />FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />THIS IS AN AGREEMENT effective as of May 22 , 2018 ("Effective Date") between <br />Board of Public Works, City of South Bend, Indiana ("Owner") and <br />Lawson -Fisher Associates P.C., 525 West Washington Avenue, South Bend, IN 46,601 ("Engineer"). <br />Owner's Project, of which Engineer's services under this Agreement are a pail, is generally identified as <br />follows: <br />2018 South Bend Sewer Study ("Project"). <br />Engineer's services under this Agreement are generally identified as follows: <br />The engineer's services under this agreement include the investigation of the sewer system for the.. <br />Nor hshore Triangle Area, Keller Park, and other areas along and near Riverside Drive. The existing <br />sewer infrastructure will be reviewed and potential remediation suggested. <br />Owner and Engineer further agree as follows: <br />ARTICLE I ā€” SERVICES OF ENGINEER <br />1.01 Seope <br />A. Engineer shall provide, or cause to be provided, the services set forth herein and in Exhibit A. <br />ARTICLE 2 ā€” OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />2.01 General <br />A. Owner shall have the responsibilities set forth herein and in Exhibit B. <br />B.
