Meeting with local, state, federal agencies, or utilities or other affected parties to discuss the <br />project, other than those specifically mentioned <br />3. Appearances at public hearings or before special boards. <br />4. Services from specialty subconsultants. <br />5. Additional strategy support or other related services. <br />6. Analysis of existing structures housing new equipment, and any related modifications <br />needed to bring the structures to current codes, due to greater than expected equipment <br />loads or other unforeseen circumstances. <br />7. Support for the application and administration of any funding sources selected by City staff. <br />8. Additional submittal review. <br />9. Additional site visits other than those specifically listed. <br />10. Claim support. <br />11. Resident Engineer Inspection services. <br />12. Air permitting support. <br />13. Environment assessments or impact reports. <br />14.
