Strickler. <br />On motion by Mr. Trost,-seconded by 1rir. I'Ic Sorley and unaniiaously carried <br />Ralph Roberts was promoted to- Lieutenant to fill vacancy created by the <br />promotion of Lieut. Wagner. <br />OLICE DEPARTIlEiNT: <br />Being Chief, Horace M. Hamilton, present. <br />motion by Mr, Gadacz, seconded by Mr. Trost and unanimously carried <br />ficer Bert Olmstead, absent on leave, was reinstated with the rank <br />patrolman. <br />n motion by br. Gadacz, seconded by IJr. McSorley it was carried that <br />he office of Chief of Police be vacated, with assistant Chief Hamilton <br />ontinuing as Acting Chief* <br />n motion by 11r. McSorley, seconded by Mr. Gadacz it was carried that the <br />eave of absence granted to Chief John B.
