iii } <br />L � <br />.. 1. - , .. v. . - . ... <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />The regular meeting of the Board of.Public Safety was held on April 7 <br />1934 at 2:00 P. 11. All members present. <br />The minutes were approved as read. <br />Bills bearing the following requisition numbers were approved.: <br />07005 07115 07199 07229 07232 07159 07230 07222 07128 07125 07169 07126 <br />07182 0720b 07117 07134 07135 07162 07093 07234 07120 071.00 07235 07231 <br />07221 <br />Also the claim of C. L. Millhouse for April rent $50.00, a total of <br />all, claims of $280.27. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. Trost, seconded by Mr. IZeSorley and unanimously <br />carried, it was decided that the Assistant Chiefs on both the police'and <br />fire departments investigate cases of ' alleged sickness of members of <br />the departments and if in their judgment such employees are able to <br />work to notify Clerk to stop their pay for the period of time they are <br />off duty. <br />FIRE DEPARTMMTT: <br />On motion by Mr. McSorley, seconded by Mr. Trost and unanimously carried <br />it was agreed that the Fire Department discontinue sendina,,3t�hne* <br />!VP <br />ment to any place out of-city limits with the exception "o malm <br />The application of C. L. Longshore approved and orddred placed on fiYe. <br />POLICE DEPART1.,!ENT: <br />Acting Chief, H. M. Hamilton, present and the activities of his depart- <br />ment discussed. <br />Monthly gasoline & police reports submitted and scrutinized. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT: <br />Superintendent, Tim. F. Qualls, not present. <br />WEIGHTS & MEASURES., <br />The report of City— sealer, Charles J.
