(2) Minimum Number of Required Off-Street Bicycle Parking Spaces. <br /> (A) The number of bicycle parking spaces, not the number of bicycle <br /> parking fixtures, is used to determine bicycle parking. For example, a <br /> single bicycle rack that is designed for parking two bicycles is counted <br /> as two bicycle parking spaces. <br /> (B) Any use that requires at least ten(10) vehicle parking spaces (per the <br /> provisions of Section 21-07.04 (b)(2)) shall provide one (1) bicycle <br /> parking space for every ten(10)required vehicle parking spaces or <br /> fraction thereof. No more than sixteen(16) bicycle parking spaces <br /> shall be required. <br /> SECTION IV.
