226 Board met in regular session at 10:A.M. All members present. / Remonstrance tiled with the Board against any kind of a pavement on t/ Frankli;J Street from Sample Street to Calvert Street,. The Street Commissioner reported on the following defected walks aaand. the Beard ap- proved of his reports. The Board of Public Works ordered that the following walks be con- structed under Improvement Resolution No* 294 for the construction of cement walls and curbs on Various Streets. / Thirty day notice ordered sent to Mr. Ed. and Mrs. Teary Beyerley, at cor of N. ! Taylor Street and Colfax Avenue. day notice ordered sent to Mr. Fred Bellis, at 1073 Woodward Avenue. ,,hhirty Thirty day notice sent to South Bend Iron Company, for defective walks �n Arnold Street between Grand Trunk Western Ry. , Company right of way and tho C. I. S. R.R. right of way. The Street commissioner reported an the defeetiv�e. eressinc; at Chapin Street and Division Street. The Clerk was instructed -to netIfy the Grand Trunk Western R.R. Company and the 11hicage, South Bend & Northern. Indiana Ry. Company to repair same. The Board by unanimou -sent decided that Mr. L. H.
