+� TMENT: Chief IlAftZ. Kuespert was present at the meeting and reported the activities of his -dttment for the last -two weeks.- On motion of Mr. Gadacz, seconded by Mr. Trost, it was unanimously agreed to reinstate Doyal Rhymer on the Police Department effective Tan. 1019Z4.. The Bayard instructed the Clerk to write letter of condolence to Mrs. Emmett Baxter and ordered copy of said letter to be spread in -the minutes of this record.
