ACTION (ADVERTISE/CONTACT): In order for your bid to be deemed responsive, the City of South Bend requires that all perspective bidders complete no less than 2 of the following: 1. Attend all pro -bid meetings scheduled by the City to inform MBE/WBEs of contracting and subcontracting opportunities. 2. Advertise in general circulation and/or trade association publications concerning subcontracting opportunities, and allow MBEIWBEs reasonat7le time to respond. 3. Utilize pre-existing services of available community organizations, small and/or disadvantaged business assistance offices and other organizations that provided assistance in the recruitment and placement of MBENVBE firms.
