Two public <br /> meetings were held on July 31, 2018 at different locations and at different times to accommodate a <br /> variety of schedules. The City of Mishawaka public meeting addressed Mishawaka CDBG application <br /> procedures, as well as City of South Bend CDBG and ESG proposal processes. St. Joseph County Housing <br /> Consortium procedures for applying for HOME funding were also discussed.
