CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING JUNE 5, 2018 168 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:10 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />June 5, 2018, by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik with Board Members Suzanna Fritzberg and <br />James Mueller present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Therese Dorau were <br />absent. The meeting was held in the 13th Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />ADDITION TO THE AGENDA <br />Ms. Maradik noted the addition to the agenda of a Professional Services Agreement with EnFocus. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Fritzberg stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is <br />fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; <br />and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried. <br />APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT — ENFOCUS (IT PROFESSIONAL <br />SERVICES) <br />In a memo to the Board, Mr. Brian Donoghue, IT Department, requested the Board approve a <br />Professional Services Agreement with EnFocus for the 2018 Summer Internship Program in the <br />amount, not to exceed, of $35,000. Upon a motion by Mr. Mueller, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and <br />carried, the agreement was approved. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Mueller made a motion that the <br />meeting be adjourned at 9:12 a.m. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried. <br />KPZQ� MIRWEIP'A <br />Gary A.
