CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING MAY 29, 2018 167 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 8:59 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />May 29, 2018, by Board Member Therese Dorau with Board President Gary Gilot and Board <br />Member James Mueller present. Board Members Elizabeth Maradik and Suzanna Fritzberg were <br />absent. The meeting was held in the 13th Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Gilot stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and <br />the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy_ Mr C•T;lot ctatPd <br />the following claims were submitted to the Board for approval: <br />Name Amount of Claim Date <br />-E�City of South Bend $5,731,896.25 O5/18/2018 <br />City of South Bend $1,421,217.05 05/29/2018 <br />Therefore, Mr. Mueller made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be <br />approved as submitted Mr. Gilot seconded the motion, which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Ms. Dorau made a motion that the <br />meeting be adjourned at 9:00 a.m. Mr. Mueller seconded the motion, which carried. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIQWORKS <br />kJ 7�a� <br />Gary A.
