wto►I, <br />The City of South Bend Board of Public Works ("City") is soliciting Proposals on behalf of the <br />South Bend Police Department ("SBPD"), from qualified vendors to supply and install equipment <br />for the following project: <br />SBPD Body Cameral In Car Video Camera Project <br />Sealed Proposals shall be received no later than 10:30 a.m., Local Time, on September 7, 2017, <br />in the office of the Board of Public Works, County City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., Ste. <br />1316, South. Bend, Indiana 46601,. <br />General Requirements: <br />Proposals must comply with the following requirements: <br />1. Submit Proposals in a single sealed envelope. Contents roust be clearly marred "SBPD <br />Body Camera/ In Car Video Camera Project Proposals". <br />2. Proposals shall not exceed 15 pages. <br />1 For joint ventures, indicate the work: and estimated percentage of the total project to be <br />performed by each participant, <br />4. Only proposals received prior to the above time and date will be given consideration. <br />5. All the proposals shall remain firm and open for a period of ninety (90) days from the date <br />of opening. The SBPD reserves the right to further negotiate after proposals are opened <br />with any potential consultants if deemed necessary. <br />NOTE: The City encourages proposals frown Minority Business Enterprises (MBE's) and Woman <br />Business Enterprises (WBE's) for this contract.
