In accordance <br />with FBI Laboratory Services Best Practices for maintaining the Integrity of Digital Images <br />and Digital Video, the Panasonic Arbitrator software uses a hashing function method to <br />preserve video/audio integrity and authenticity. Arbitrator BWC devices and Arbitrator ICV <br />systems are designed to provide complete video evidence security throughout the lifecycle <br />using SHA256 and RSA 1024 algorithms. In addition, the FBI recognizes and accepts a <br />digital signature process when uised together with the hash process. The resulting hash is <br />encrypted with a specific private key to ensure file integrity. The, advantage of a digital <br />signature is that the source of a digital file can be attributed to a specific individual. <br />.1.2 B. Re' qUil'emtints ..
