<br />15 The Evidence Management Software has an interactive map -based interface where the location of video
<br />evidence is correlated to both the Officer and Vehicle.
<br />Response: No. The Arbitrator SafeServ/UEMS platform allows for the flexible
<br />management of evidence across multiple storage tiers based on storage locations and rules
<br />of evidence (criteria such, as classification, source, agency, area, type, etc.) and maintains
<br />chain of custody. To control) storage costs, the Panasonic SafeServ/UEMS BES application
<br />allows retention policies to be set and managed by the system, administrator. Only the
<br />system administrator, or a group, of administrators within the system with correct user
<br />perm,issions, cain delete video files or modify retention policies. The Arbitrator UEMS
<br />platform provides an evidence rule to determine access permissions, retention period, and
<br />storage locations of files (called Effect) by predefined conditions (called Criteria,) when the
<br />files are registered in the database. These rules can be established in advance by SBPD in
<br />accordance with department policy and procedures. These rules will also be able to manage
<br />retention time and file accessibility, deletion and purging based on event classification, for
<br />30, 90, or 180 days, or "indefinite" depending on State legislaition requirements or
<br />departmental evidence handling procedures.
<br />16 The Evidence Management Software supports video and audio evidence review, classification, and
<br />dissemination from Body cameras and in -Car Cameras.
<br />Response: Confirmed. Arbitrator BWC devices include Ibuilt-in Wi-Fi capability, allowing
<br />automated offload when in range of ain access point. The devices will communicate with the
<br />video, evidence server to optimize officer efficiency and reduce, overtime associated with
<br />manual offloads. When used by itself, the Arbitrator BWC provides flexible video file offload
<br />options including direct offload via Wi-Fi, USB or multi -bay docking stations, as well as
<br />standard Micro-USB through a workstation or other connected device. Arbitrator BWC
<br />devices also support an optional 10-bay USB docking station which can automatically
<br />activate wireless upload and recharge multiple BWC devices simultaneously,
