11. Which payment terms are being requested for invoices, Net 30 or a specific standard Accounts <br />Payable requires? Net 35 days <br />12. If the contract was terminated prior to completion, what is determined to be "un-used equipment"? <br />If the equipment was installed but not used is that considered new or used? If equipment was installed <br />it would be considered used. <br />13. For quoting purposes, can the Board confirm a quantity of each of the cameras (body worn and In - <br />Car) requested? 170 +/- of each. <br />14. Wow many originals and/or copies of vendor responses does the Board wish to receive? One (1) <br />Original. <br />15. Is the City interested in a body mountable camera or point -of -view camera? As for the body camera, <br />a body mountable is preferred. <br />16. How many locations will be supporting the body camera and in -car cameras? One physical building <br />with several access points using load balancing. <br />17. Field tests of camera systems before or after RFP? The South Bend Police Department has been <br />field testing body camera systems and in car camera systems for the last 3 yrs. <br />18. Does the agency have an unlimited data plan with unlimited bandwidth per device, per month? <br />Unlimited but with certain restrictions. <br />19. Would the City like responses mailed or emailed? Original hard copy must be mailed and arrive no <br />later than 9:30 a.m., Local Time, on September 7, 2017, in the office of the Board of Public Works, <br />County City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., Ste. 1316, South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />20. What is the length of patrol shift and are cars assigned or fleet share? There are three (3) patrol <br />shifts of eight (8) hours each and cars are assigned to each individual officer. <br />21. Does each vehicle have a dedicated in car computer? Each officer is assigned a vehicle and laptop <br />which is docked in the vehicle. <br />22. Does each car have a wireless router? Each laptop has a built in wireless card. <br />23. What is the max number of vehicles that could potentially upload at one time? Twenty-four (24) <br />24. How many Wireless Access Points does SBPD currently have? Currently 5 external, adding more <br />though. <br />25. What CAD/RMS system is SBPD using? New World CAD, ADSI <br />26.
