f � q. Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. I. All, members present. / Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and walk on Wall Street from Sixth Street 'to Clifford Court,Under Improvement Resolution No. 229. In the City of South Bend, Indiana,. In the above matter a remonstrator in the person of Mr. A.L.Gillian Attorney for Mr. Henry Kale appeared before the Board, but no further written remonstrances were filed. The 'Board after due consideration find that the property assessed in said roll -filed November 25th.,1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll and the Board further find that the assessments roll filed November 25th. ,1913 and the' final -estimate allowed November 25th.,1913 should be modified. The Board ordered the City Engineer to prepare and modify the assessment roll for Improvement Resolution No. 229 for Grade, Curb and Walk on Wall Street from Sixth Street to Clifford Court, which was prepared, submitted and approved as modified and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and walk on Portage Avenue from North line Morris Park Addition to North line Section 34 T.38 N.R. 2 E. Under Improvement Resolution No. 264. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed December 12th. ,1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed 'December 12th.,1913 and the finial estimate allowed December 12th.,191- should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. In the above matter all action was deferred until -Tuesday, January 20th . 19142 at 10:00 A.M. Partial estimate allowed Stewart —Sheets & Company on Bowman Creek Trunk sewer under Improvement Resolution No. 151. for the imount..............e$2,535.00 Board.ordered a street light placed on South Bend avenue at the intersection of St. Pet6r Street President.
