Cot ✓ Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Concrete Pavement and Grade, curb and walk on Prairie Avenue from Webster Street to' Grant Street, uader Improvement Resolution No. 221. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed November 26th 1913•1s benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the,Board fgzrther find that the assessment roll filed Rovember 26th.,1913 and the final estimaib .allowed November.26th.,1913 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
