Webster asking for are extention of the time to complete the Sunnysid.e Avenue Pipe Sewer until April lst. 1914 the same approved by the Board. Excavation bond for One Thousand ($11000.00)Dollars signed by William F. Wagner as princi- pal and United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company of Baltimore add. was approved by the Board.. ✓ Board, ordered the withd.rawel of the Portage Avenue sewer notice for Bids. No date was set for the readvertisixg. Petition was a street light at South Bend Avenue and St. Peter Street presented to the Board. The same was read. and placed on file. Street Commissioner reported favorably on the placing of the following street lights. ,i The Board ordered no action taken on the following. Street Light corner of Randolph Street at intersection. of Robinson. Street lighting on Madison at intersection. of Walsh Street. Street lighting on Hill Street at intersection of St. Vincent Street. Agreement presented to the Board by the Chieago,Ixdiaxa & Southern R.R.Compay in which the Railroad Company agrees to convey to the City of South Bend their private sewer on, Ford Street.. The same was read and referred to the City Attorney. Remonstrance. presented to the Board by H.M.Kixzie against opening of Ottowa Court from / Vistula A�enue6-to__Lake Shore & Michigan Sdutherx"R.R. The same was read and placed on file Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Cement curb and walk on. Various Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 242. Ix the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive slays in the South Bend Daily News —Times, commencing on. the 29th., day of December 1913,stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assess— ments at its office in the City Hall on the 9th � day of January,1914 at 7:45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contract be as— � -- eepted anal approved and the final estimate thereon allowed.
