61 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MONDAY, SEPTEMEER 25th.,, 1933 <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, Sept. <br />25th. 1933. <br />Meeting called to order by Mr. C. A. Budd, President, at 9-15 A. M. All <br />members present. <br />Bills in the amount of $293.76, bearing requisitions as follows, were <br />approved by the Board: <br />02468 02477 02498 02508 02466' 02509 02502 <br />02488 02497 <br />02461 <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />02478 <br />02464 <br />02507 02508 02489 02480 <br />02467 <br />On the recommendation of Chief of Police, John B. Kuespert, the Board <br />unanimously agreed to change the traffic rule governing left hand.turns. <br />Instead of making a left hand turn on the right of the center of the <br />street intersections, as heretofore, the new rule provides for a left <br />hand turn on the left of the center of street intersections. <br />Chief of Police, John B. Kuespert, reported the activities of his de- <br />partment for the past week, including a report on the Police Training <br />School and a detailed report of motorcycle policemen, <br />The Police Bond of Office Gustave C. Schuttrow was approved and placed <br />on file. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />Fire Chief , Roy Knoblock, was present and reported the activities of <br />his department for the past week and presented the fire loss report <br />for the months of March and April, 1933. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT <br />No report from Oupt. William F. Qualls, who is away on vacation* <br />HEIGHTS AND MEASURES. <br />The weekly report of City Sealer, Cherles J.
