FIRE DEPARTMENT Chief of Fire Department, Roy Knoblock, was present and reported the activities of his department for the past week. WEIOETTS AND MEASURES The weekly report of City Sealer, Charles J. Burns, was examined by the Board and ordered placed on file. ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT William F. Qualls, superintendent, was present and reported. the activities of his department for the past week.
