Councilmember Gavin Ferlic seconded the motion which <br /> carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br /> SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> BILL NO. <br /> 05-18 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br /> 3527 LINCOLN WAY WEST, COUNCILMANIC <br /> DISTRICT NO. 1 IN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA <br /> Councilmember Oliver Davis made a motion to override the Mayor's veto of Bill No. 05-18. <br /> Councilmember John Voorde seconded this motion. Council President Tim Scott opened the floor <br /> to discussion. <br /> Councilmember Oliver Davis requested Council Attorney Bob Palmer to provide the necessary <br /> background information of the override process through which the Council is about to proceed. <br /> Council Attorney Bob Palmer stated, Because the Ordinance is the same one (1) that was passed <br /> by the Common Council two (2) weeks ago and all public input at that time was completed,there <br /> will be no public discussion at this time. Discussion will be among Council Members only <br /> 1 <br />
