215 Board met in regular hearing at 745 Pill. Mr. Bastian absent. Mr. F.E.Lambert acting president. Hea g given on assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and walk on Texti Avenue 'rem Lafayette Street to Iroquois Street, under improvement Resolution No. 267. In. the City of South Bend, Indiana. In. the amtter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board after due. consideration find that the property assessed in said roll filed November 5th.,1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed. oNovember 5th.,1913 and the final esti- mate allowed November 5th. 11913 should be and the same are hereby in" all things ratified, confrmed and approved.
