198' Board net in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present. Hearing; given on assessment roll and final estimate for the Dunhax .Street sewer system, Under Improvement Resolution No. 244. In. the City of South Bend, Indiana,. In. the above- matter remonstrators- appeared b-at no written' remonstrances were filed. The Board after due consideration decided to defer all action on the, sane until Friday January the 2n.d. ,1914 at 10:00 A.M. /Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer. on Olive Street from Division Street to Huron. Street under Improvement Resolution No. 250. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above natter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed November 5th..1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed November 5t1h.,1913 and- the final estimate allowed November 5th.,1913 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. ,/'Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer on Cleveland Avenue from Van Buren Street to Vassar Avenue,, under Improvement Resolution No. 295. The Board therefore fmnd that the property assessed in said roll filed October 21st. 71913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as snown on said rolls and the Board durther dfind that the assessment roll filed October 21st.,1913 all the final estimate allowed October 21st.21913 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
