I.) Notice to said <br />Off icer '61 lmont was issued and served upon him are, return du made in _t be, <br />presence of the Board, which notice and return are in words and figures as <br />follows: (11. 1.) Officer Wilmont appeared before, the Board in person, together <br />with his a ttorney, George Sands, who entered his appa-r--nce for him and by <br />agreement of the parties and the Board, the trial of the charges was set for <br />22nd., 1933, at 9-30 A. 1/1. <br />Chief of Police, John B. Kuespert requested leave of absence to ntt End the <br />annual meeting of the Chiefs of Police of the State of Ind.liene to be he <br />on the 17th. , and 18th. (1,9v of May, 1933, at Columbus. The Board unanimously <br />granted his request. <br />Board ordered stop sins placed on VIpshinp-ton Avenue at the intersection of <br />Olive. Street, making Washington Avenue a "Stop" street. <br />FIRE DEPARTIVENT <br />Fire Chief Roy A. Knoblock, reported the activities of his delxartjmnt, for <br />the past week. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTI,"ENT <br />Wm. F. Qualls, Super intendant , presented weekly time sheets which were examin- <br />ed and ordered. filed. <br />WEIGHTS PVD MEASURES <br />`Weekly report of City Sealer, Chas. J. Burns, was examined and ordered f iled. <br />DOG POUND <br />1 Barany, Cleik , inf ormed the Board thp t the old dog, pound truck was not <br />in running order and the Board ordered said Clerk to junk same. <br />Meeting adjourned pt,- 11-45 A.
