EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Services <br />1. Collaborate, engage and convene cross -sector stakeholders around solutions related to <br />minority talent recruitment/retention, and workforce and leadership development to <br />address racial disparity gaps highlighted in the City's Racial Wealth Divide report. <br />1. Develop partnerships to improve the communication capacity with anchor employment <br />institutions related to minority talent recruitment and career pathway creation. <br />2. Meaningfully collaborate with residents and stakeholders to host focus groups, surveys <br />and interviews to qualitatively understand barriers to professional employment for <br />minority talent. <br />3. Collect and synthesize data relative to efforts for improving the City's cross -sector <br />implementation of a Minority Professional Development pilot program and provide a <br />report or other communication of findings to the City upon dates mutually agreed <br />between the parties. <br />Consideration <br />Consultant shall report weekly with sufficient detail of Consultant's services provided to the <br />City, no later than the end of business on Friday of each week during the Term. Services are to <br />be provided during the times and on days determined by mutual agreement between the parties. <br />In consideration of the satisfactory services provided by Consultant, as determined in the sole <br />discretion of the City, Consultant will be compensated in the amount of seventy-five dollars <br />($75.00) per hour for four months. The total contract amount shall not exceed twenty-five <br />thousand dollars ($25,000). <br />
