Michael Barany, Clerk, informed the Board that Car No.12 <br />needed repairs in the amount of approximately $75.00. <br />After discussing this matter, the Board authorized the <br />Clerk to have the car repaired. <br />Regular meeting held by the Board of Public Safety Monday, <br />April 10, 19 33 . <br />TIeeting called to order by Mr. C. A. Budd at 9 :15 o'clock <br />A.M. All membe present. <br />Bills in the amount of $43.34, as follows, were allowed: <br />Indiana and Michigan Electric Company - for March, 1933 <br />Northern Indiana Public Service Company - Mar. 3, 1933. <br />POLICE DEPART?TNT <br />Chief John B. Kue.spert reported on the recent hold -ups <br />stating that several of them had been cleared up and <br />many persons are in custody for questioning. <br />Police bond of Lafayette Riddle, dated April 15, 1933, <br />with the 11aryland Casualty Company, and police bond <br />of Leo Williams, dated April 19, 1933, with the Maryland <br />Casualty Company, were approved. <br />t <br />Special police commission was granted to Floyd G. Zellers. <br />Special police commission to Harry P. Arnett January 29, <br />1930, was cencelled. <br />FIRE DEPARTr.IENT <br />Fire Chief, Roy A. Knoblock, presented copy of rules and <br />regulations prepared by him for the fire department. After <br />examining the proposed rules, the Board made a few corrections <br />and added ammendments, and requested Chief Knoblock to submit <br />corrected copy at the next regular meeting. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT <br />William F. t�ualls, <br />was ready to paint <br />Mr. Qualls to make <br />to take care of th <br />Weekly time sheets <br />examined. <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 10, 1933. <br />Superintendent, informed the Board that he <br />traffic signals. The Board authorized <br />necessary purchases of paints and supplies <br />Is work. <br />of this department were presented and <br />WEIGHTS and MEASURES DEPARMT-ENT <br />City Sealer, Chas. J.
