REGULAR METING <br />MARCH 27 1933. <br />Regular meeting held by the Board of Public Safety Monday, <br />March 27, 1933. <br />Meeting called to order by Mr. C. A. Budd at 9:15 A.M. Kuespert reported on the activities of his <br />department for the past week. <br />The Board advised Chief Kuespert that they have received <br />reports on houses of ill fame operating in the vicinity <br />of South and Taylor Streets, and instructed the Chief to <br />investigate same. <br />The Board instructed Michael Barany, Clerk, to order <br />'STOP" signes on Crumstown Avenue, <br />Goodland Avenue, <br />Humbolt Street at the intersection of <br />Lincolnway Vest. <br />The Board granted the following special police commissions: <br />Hugh Wine <br />Ray H. Miller <br />D. Sherman Ellison <br />Jas. Vargo <br />Glenn W. Borror <br />Paul L. Williams <br />Wm. Barsodi <br />Special police bond of William Barsodi with Maryland Cas- <br />ualty Company was approved by the Board. <br />The following special police commissions were cancelled <br />by the Board, effective this date: <br />Harry Mathers, 11/30/30 <br />Chas. Egenroad <br />Donald Kintner, 10/24/32 <br />David Kamp, Jr., 10/24/32 <br />Albert Vacsil, 7/2/31 <br />Emery W. Coverdale, 2/20/33 <br />FIRE DEPARTIMW <br />Fire Chief, Roy A.
